Problème chargeur

Bonjour,

 

J'espère que cette fois que quelqu'un pourra m'aiguiller .

J'ai une a6 de 2003 avec un ancien rns d avec chargeur d'origine qui fonctionnait.

J'ai vendu mon rnsd sans chargeur par contre le rns e ne reconnait pas le chargeur .

Le chargeur marche normalement car je peux sortir le changeur et je l'entend fonctionné

y'a t'il une personne pour m'aiguiller ?
